The short version
- No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No banner.
- The app uses a small set of essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep bots (the bad kind) out.
- This marketing site sets no cookies of its own at all.
What's a cookie?
A small piece of text a website stores in your browser so it can remember something about you — like the fact that you're signed in. That's genuinely all we use them for.
Cookies in the app
On app.my-aichatbot.com and public bot pages on chat.my-aichatbot.com:
| Cookie | What it does | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-* (Supabase) | Keeps you signed in to your account | Essential | Up to ~1 year, refreshed as you use the app |
| hCaptcha cookies | Tells humans from bots at sign-up and sign-in — only on those pages | Essential (security) | Session / short-lived |
| Stripe cookies | Fraud prevention during checkout and on billing pages | Essential (payments) | Set by Stripe, per their policy |
Local storage (not cookies, but in the same spirit)
The app remembers a couple of preferences directly in your browser's local storage — your theme choice (maib-theme) and compact-mode setting (maib-compact). These never leave your device and aren't sent to us.
This website
my-aichatbot.com (the site you're reading) is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics trackers, and shows no ads. Refreshing, isn't it?
Managing cookies
Your browser can block or clear cookies whenever you like. Just know that blocking the essential ones means the app can't keep you signed in — that's not us being difficult, it's how signing in works.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll update this page and ask for your consent properly before it's set. No sneaky edits.
